How to fix: Error 403 on Android?
"Unable to download application- Error 403".
If you ever encounter the error 403 error when downloading an
application on your Android smartphone, this may be due to a connection
problem or an error in the proxy/APN settings.
To solve this issue:
- Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > APN
- Delete the information found in the Proxy field
- Press the Menu key > Save.
- Finally go to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Google" and delete the synced account.
- Restart the phone and re-sync to your Google account.
